Copywriting for warehousing and 3PL businesses

One service page that explains what you do, the way your customers think

I rewrite a single warehousing or 3PL service page so a prospect understands what you offer, what affects the price, and why to ask you for a quote. Fixed price. About five working days. Written by someone who has worked in warehouses.

Get your page rewritten

Your customers understand logistics. Your page doesn't help them decide.

Generic copy

"Reliable, efficient and innovative" doesn't tell a prospect why to choose you over the next provider.

Missing answers

Buyers want to know what's included, how onboarding works, and what drives the cost. Most service pages never say.

Poor-fit enquiries

When a page is vague, you get vague enquiries, or none from the right customers.

One service page, rewritten properly

Pallet storage, pick and pack, fulfilment, contract warehousing: pick the service that matters most to your business.

What you get

  • A quick email contact, where I ask the questions a customer would
  • A rewritten page of up to about 800 words: clear headline, who it's for, what's included, how it works step by step, what affects pricing, FAQs based on real buyer questions, and a clear next step
  • A short note explaining what I changed and why
  • One round of revisions within 7 days

Before I write a word

I review your current page, a few competitors, and the questions buyers actually ask when choosing a provider. Then I talk to you. The copy comes from both.

How it works

  1. Send your pageThe URL, plus a few details about the service.
  2. We talkA quick email contact.
  3. I write itDelivered in about five working days.
  4. You reviewI make one round of changes.

I don't need a logistics dictionary to understand your business

I've spent over ten years around warehousing and logistics, including forklift and warehouse operations.

That means I know the difference between what's easy to promise and what a warehouse can actually deliver. I write so a buyer without a logistics degree can follow it, and so your operations team won't wince when they read it.

Honest limits

  • I can't promise rankings, AI-search citations, or a set number of enquiries. Nobody honestly can.
  • This is one page, not a website project. If it works for you, we can talk about more.
  • I don't publish copy or edit your site unless we agree that separately.

Questions

Do you use AI to write it?

I use AI tools for research and for checking structure. Every line is written, checked, and edited by me against how warehouses actually operate.

What do you need from me?

The page URL, 30 minutes of your time, and the details that make your service different: capacity, systems, accreditations, typical customers.

Who is this not for?

Anyone who wants a full website in one go, or guaranteed sales results.

Sample rewrite. Fictional company. Not client work.

What a rewrite looks like

This is an invented pallet storage page for a made-up business, "Example Storage Co." The "before" is the kind of generic copy I often see. Every detail in the "after" is invented to show the structure. On a real job, I confirm every fact with you on the call.

Rewritten for a buyer comparing providers

Pallet storage by the space, with clear terms and no surprises on handling

We store palletised stock for UK brands and manufacturers that need space in a managed warehouse without running one. This page explains what's included, what affects your price, and how to get started.

Who it's for

  • Brands outgrowing a unit and shipping on pallets to retailers or distributors
  • Manufacturers who need overflow storage close to their site
  • Not for chilled, frozen, or ADR goods. We store ambient stock only.

What's included

  • Racked storage on standard UK pallets (1200 × 1000 mm), up to 1.5 m loaded height
  • Goods in and out Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Inbound deliveries must be booked in advance.
  • Live stock levels in an online system, updated as pallets move
  • A monthly stock report, and stock checks on request

How to get started

  1. Tell us your pallet count, pallet sizes and weights, and expected pallets in and out each week.
  2. We confirm space and send a written quote.
  3. We set up your product codes and agree how inbound deliveries are booked.
  4. Your first delivery arrives, and we check it against your advance notice.

What affects your price

Number of pallet spaces, pallet height and weight, how many pallets move in and out each week, how long you store, and any extras such as relabelling or special reporting. We quote per pallet space per week plus handling, and list every line before you commit.

Common questions

Is there a minimum term? Yes, three months, so we can plan space. After that, 30 days' notice.

Can you store hazardous goods? No. We handle ambient stock only, not ADR goods or chilled stock.

How quickly can you start? Once the quote is agreed and your products are set up, usually within a week or two, depending on available space.

Next step

Send us your pallet count and expected weekly movements, and we'll reply with a written quote.

What I changed and why

  1. The headline names the service and the buyer's decision. The old one used a label and adjectives that any competitor could copy.
  2. Claims became checkable facts: pallet size, access hours, how stock is tracked. Buyers can compare these. They can't compare "state-of-the-art."
  3. I explained what drives the price. Buyers always wonder. Saying so builds trust without publishing a rate card, and it filters out poor-fit enquiries.
  4. I said what the service doesn't cover. Ambient only, no ADR. That saves you time on enquiries you can't take.
  5. The FAQs answer real buyer questions, each starting with a direct answer. That helps readers, and it's also how search and AI tools tend to pick up answers. I can't promise visibility.
  6. The next step asks for specific information, so the first enquiry arrives with the details you need to quote.
